Come & join us as we explore the Tayvallich Community Land with Caroline Waterhouse (Lochgilphead based mindfulness teacher and breath work coach)
Each walk will include an introduction to 3 mindfulness techniques and 3 breath work practices.
Mindfulness and breath work have been proven to help with anxiety and depression, digestive, respiratory and sleep problems as well as elevating low mood.
Not suitable for dogs. Please wear warm clothes, bring a warm drink and snack for mindful eating.
Walks will take place on the following Wednesdays, meeting at 1pm outside Tavallich shop;
