Tayvallich Initiative and Communities Housing Trust warmly invite you to attend a community consultation session for the proposed housing at Polldearg – the area on the hill just south of the village by Taigh Eairdsidh
This informal session will provide an opportunity to:
- View the latest housing-design proposals and feasibility plans
- Ask questions and make comments
- Discuss ideas, opportunities, and community priorities
- Learn more about the proposed affordable homes for local families and key workers
- Receive an update on the current feasibility stage of the project
Design boards and emerging proposals will be available for discussion and feedback
FEASIBILITY FUNDING SUPPORT
The current feasibility stage is being supported through funding from Argyll and Bute Council‘s Strategic Housing Fund of £99,000. The work is being carried out in collaboration with Communities Housing Trust
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Tayvallich Initiative and Communities Housing Trust are exploring the development of new affordable housing to help support:
- Local families
- People wishing to remain in the village or return to the area
- Key workers
- Long-term community sustainability
The proposals are being developed with a strong focus on accessibility, sustainability, and place-sensitive rural design
